Been awhile since i’ve updated this site, yea pretty much tied up with work and other real life issues. Anyway I’ve been recently picking up diving for a year and I’ve just completed my Advanced SCUBA diver on Labor’s day.
Pretty amped on doing night dives for now… I’ll be posting more stuff on my diving as well, and with out further due here is the video compilation I’ve made during the trip. Enjoy!

So over the weekend, I tried to do dinner for my family at home, so what more would fill up em tummy with a good old mac n cheese.
So here are the ingredients I’ve used for me recipe:-
– Cheese
– Butter
– Flour
– Carrots
– 3 types of shrooms (crab, oyster and buttons)
– Bacon
– Fresh basil leafs
– Macaroni
– Onion
– An Egg
– Salt
– Milk
(below followings are from Masterfoods)
– Italian herbs
– Peppercorn
– Chili flakes
– Thyme Leaves
– Garlic Granulated
Firstly I boiled the macaroni roughly around 5 mins in salted boiling water with at least a tablespoon.
While boiling the macaroni, I’ve prepared the shrooms, carrots and diced onions by shredding and washing em up individually. (I did boil the shrooms a short while for 5 mins too)
The next step, was to stir fry the bacon, using butter as the base for cooking the bacon and a little dash of peppercorn and thyme leaves.
hmmmm yummy (slice it up a lil, so can be smaller pieces) would love it to be more crunchy… but oh well cant complain since it’s bacon.
Okay… sauce time, so in goes 1/2 of the butter cube to be melted. While twirling the pot to evenly spread the butter, I’ve drop 4 tablespoonful of flour and mix em up to get this bright yellowish coarse texture.
Poped in 2 and a half cup of milk into the pot and keep mixing it over medium fire.
After awhile, it gets a little coagulated and its time to dump in the rest of the ingredients. There goes the carrots, dice onions, and shrooms dashing it with more italian herbs, thyme leaves and garlic granulated. Mix well !!
Once all mixed, cracked a raw egg and stir it up in a bowl first before dumping inside together with the bacon and giving it another good mix.
Finally dumping in the cheese to the mix but totally forgotten the portion is gonna get overflowed!!!
Had to transfer into a larger pan and finishing the mix up with the boiled macaroni.
Satisfied with the mixtures, moving it onto a baking tray while garnishing it with more cheese to top with chopped basil leaves, Italian herbs, garlic granulated, and thyme leaves.
Finally throwing it in the oven at 190c Degrees for about 25 mins…
Tada!!! ( Sprikle a little more herbs , spices and not to forget the chili flakes )

Why do people smoke. Lets see… release stress? “the in-thing”? machoness ? habits ? This are all the implication we can think off. Being once where I was one too, as an experience, it’s a little of all those mention mixed like a little cocktail.
Yes, indeed it’s blatantly bad for health, but what make a smoker ticks? Even with government enforcing by stamping those hideous pictures of the affect of inhaling 4000 different kinds chemicals. This does not stop a smoker to put a stick into their mouth for a puff.
A smoker told me “that picture is bullcrap, people has been smoking for ages and dont see any drastic affect as to the picture preaches” I highly agree to that too, the picture is just too much to warn off smokers.
anyway there isn’t any end to this dilemma but for those who are curious to try it. the a piece of advice, don’t get hooked on it.
There’s a difference between being in a relationship, and being in love.
I mean, just because you’re in a relationship doesn’t mean that you love them or they love you. Why do you think people cheat? To really love someone, you have to spare some of your times to talk to them, listen to them, pay attention to them, show them that you care, you have to sacrifice some things to be with them and to keep them, and you must really understand them.
There are so many ways to define love. To me, caring and understanding each other is loving each other. Love is when their happiness matters more than your own, because love is selfless, not selfish. People always saying that trust is love. To be honest, I never really believe that.
People say, “Trust takes years to build, but seconds to break.” So if the person you’re dating destroyed your trust, does that mean that you don’t love them anymore, just like that? Well, no. That’s not right. Love is about being in the middle of the thunderstorm and come out still holding hands. Don’t let your love end without a fight cause if you did, then that just means you’ve never really loved that person nor that person had never really loved you.
Every problem, fight and argument you two have, use them to make your love stronger. When you’re sad or mad, hurt and crying, don’t blame it on love. Because it is not love that hurts you, it is the person you love that is who that hurts you. We all know that there is no such thing a perfect relationship, but there is such thing as true love.
– If I was to ask you what do you love, your answers will most likely roll of your tongue. You’ll say you love to write, you love to draw, you love to read, you love birds, music, dance, you love your mom, you love your dad, brother, sister, your wife, your husband, your son, daughter, your best friend…. How long do you think you can go on and on before you say “I love myself”.

Mamma mia! it’s him, Mario! This line up of happy meal toy has been a product release of MacDonald Japan last year. This kinda came out right under my nose… But this is super great news for us Malaysian !!! Super Mario in my Happy Meal
A group of neighboring colleague bought a load full of happy meals which kept me curious on what was the toy included, and low behold the Super Mario toys! I was kinda surprised that this batch manage to came onto our shores, which was sold like last year November.
These koopa-tastic Super Mario toys are being offered as part of a Happy Meal at all McDonald’s Malaysia locations. The toys include Peach, Yoshi, and Mario in various power-up forms such as Fire Mario and Penguin Mario. Notably excluded is Luigi. Surprise, surprise.
