Getting started
- Tell us your business name on WhatsApp.
- Approve our manager request on your Google listing. No password needed.
- Answer five short questions about your business, so we know what is true before we write anything.
- In the first week we clean up the listing and record where you start, so the monthly report has a fair before and after.

What we will never do
- Promise you a position on Google Maps.
- Buy, swap or ask for reviews in return for anything. It breaks Google's rules and can get a listing suspended.
- Hold your listing, domain or website hostage. They are in your name from day one.

- Google Ads spend. You pay Google directly if we run a test.
- Redesigns or extra website pages beyond the simple site.
- Email mailboxes for sending. We set up forwarding to your current inbox.
- Managing your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
Straight answers first.
Can you get us to the top of Google Maps?
No one honest can promise a position. Google ranks mostly by how close the searcher is, then by how complete, relevant and well reviewed a listing is. We work on the parts you control, and show you the numbers every month.
Do you need my Google password?
No. We send a manager request to your listing and you approve it. You stay the owner and can remove us at any time.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. If you add a website, the .my domain is registered in your name and the site runs on your own account. If you leave, we hand over the code and transfer the domain to you.
Do you write the review replies?
Yes. We draft a short, calm reply to every review. You approve the style once, and anything at three stars or below comes to you before it goes out.
Do you run our Instagram and TikTok?
No. Many owners already do their own social well. We look after what usually gets left behind: your Google page, your reviews and your website.
Is Google Ads included?
Ad spend is not. If ads make sense for you, we can set up a small local test, and you pay Google directly for the clicks.
What if I want to stop?
Give us three months' notice. We then hand over everything: your website's code, the site itself and your .my domain, transferred to you.
